2. Credit Pack Purchases

Refunds for purchased credit packs are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of the credit pack purchase.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the credits have not been significantly utilized.

3. Ineligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If the user violates our Terms of Use, including spamming activities.
  • For partially used or unused credits beyond the 14-day refund request period.
  • If credits were purchased during a promotional or discounted offer unless otherwise stated.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email hello@bluefox.email with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include the following details:
    • Your account email address.
    • Payment receipt or invoice number.
    • Reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Innovaris Group LLC.

5. Approved Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.

6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated with your payment provider without prior communication with us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny further refunds.
